In 2009, the Warringah Council submitted their Local Environment Plan – modified to fit with the State Template. The Planning Department approved most of the Plan by 2011 but some areas of Belrose and most of Oxford Falls were “deferred” for future study.

The plan was open for public comment until Aug 7 2013. Here is the map of the areas proposed for creation of Gai-mariagal Aboriginal Owned National Park. These areas need to be E1 not the proposed E3.
